Prior to Earthara Karim led operations at Y-Combinator-backed Truepill, a high growth direct-to-consumer startup transforming consumer healthcare from launch to an 8-figure annual revenue with expansion across multiple markets. 

At Walmart eCommerce, Karim wore many hats - from leading returns management across all product categories and fulfillment channels to launching new operations and transportation initaitives and leading strategic growth initiatives.
